3013 and 3015 Washington Square was purchased as a speculative land deal for proposed development of 6 town homes in the North University Overlay of West Campus. Demolition of the existing structures and future land use work with the City of Austin added value for future development while marketing the project for sale. Land was sold to an Austin Development group.
