University Hills offers a unique location within Austin less than 1 mile from the new Mueller development. The home at 2509 Lehigh was a complete remodel of a 1966 structure. Exterior renovations included a repair and level of 2400 sq ft, split level slab, installation of French drain, waterproofing, new roof, exterior siding and outdoor patio. Interior renovations included new electrical wiring, plumbing, floor plan design, kitchen, wood floors throughout, marble and travertine baths. VRI took a 60’s floor plan and turned it into something functional for today’s end user.
